The Secrtetary-General of the Electoral Commission Zaghloul El-Balshi says that some 50 per cent of the 25 million registered voters in the ten governorates casting ballots in the first round of the constitutional referendum (out of a total national figure of 51 million) had turned out to cast ballots on

Half an hour ago there were still queues in front of different pollingstations in Egypt...i don't think they all made it to vote.
